Tina has made my birthday celebrations fantastic 👏 .. she's a perfect host ..brilliant communication from start to finish ..very friendly and approachable ..the house was in perfect condition ...warm .. clean and in a wonderful location for visiting the lakes and beaches .. which the dogs adored ...couldn't fault anything we were comfortable and relaxed during our stay with everything we needed .. and Tina was on the other end of the phone if we needed anything ... the fields were secure for the dog's which was brilliant 👏..a great petrol station just a few minutes walk away for papers / milk etc ... which is very handy ....the town of Ulverston is just 5 minutes drive away with lovely shops & restaurants ...pubs ....a taxi ride was only £5 ... so overall a brilliant holiday ..perfect host & accommodation ....highly recommended to family and friends with confidence...thank you Tina for happy memories ...😀

Tina was am amazing host. Clear instructions to follow to the cottage, and met us upon arrival to show us around. The cottage was better than the pictures and full of everything we could need. Lovely area and lots of space outside for our dog Alfie. We used the cottage as a base for days out and walking in the lakes, the log burner and hot shower was a lovely thing to return to. Can't fault the 4 days away we had. Thanks Tina and family

We had a great holiday at Tina’s place! She was very friendly and helpful. The place was amazing and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again! Ps: Our dog Roket loved Tina’s place too 😀❤️

We were visiting the South Lakes Zoo and decided to make a weekend of it. Really pleased we did, the cottage was fab, weather better than we could have hoped for for end of February. We were really cosy and made use of the logburner in the evenings. The area is beautiful and unique in that its got everything you could ask for for without getting in the car if you didnt want to drive anywhere, although Ulverston is only a few minutes drive away. There is even a Londis open until 11pm within 2 mins walk! Our dogs loved the available, safe outdoor space, again, didnt need to go far to give them the best exercise!! They really did live their best lives. Will definately return as summer would be a different experience again. Tina is lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thanks Tina, see you soon. x

We had a lovely stay at the Cottage. Tina is a fantastic host, greeted us when we arrived and couldn’t do enough to help. The cottage is in an ideal location for visiting the lakes and very cosy and well equipped.
