Lovely, clean accommodation, with excellent facilities. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and a short canal walk from the house to the sea! Also, only half an hour driving distance to Lake Windermere. Lots to see and do. Highly recommended!

Lovely little place, very comfortable and clean. Everything you need. In the centre of town but very quiet. Lovely little south facing garden. Great value for money.

Enjoyed two nights at Cosy Cottage and it lived up to its name. Instantly felt relaxed and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. Quiet location, easy parking and minutes walk to a selection of great bars and restaurants and shops. Plenty of space for the three of us with our daughter enjoying a floor to herself with an ample bathroom. We ate in the Farmers Arms and The Mill, both were excellent with friendly staff. On the second evening we stayed in and cooked pizzas and watched a film on Netflix in front of the fire. Very relaxing. Took a walk up to Hoad Hill and the Sir John Barrow monument to take in the views across Morecambe Bay before having a mooch around the town shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plenty to do and see. We’ll definitely be returning to Cosy Cottage, thank you for letting us enjoy your home 😊

This was a really great property. Couldn’t fault our stay here. Really useful instructions that were communicated promptly, the house was spotlessly clean and we felt right at home. We stayed as a couple, but this place would be perfect for 4 adults as it has two really good size bedrooms and bathrooms.

Had 3 days here perfect location for walking distance to the town Half hour drive from Windermere Place was great , clean plenty of cutlery cleaning products etc Would of liked a mirror in the top bedroom and the top bathroom ceiling needs sorting from a leak but that’s the only fault But honestly one of the best air b n bs we’ve stayed at . Loved the front outdoor space , little tlc before season kicks in But a 9/10 from us
