Property was nice in a quiet neighborhood in a great area. Mo was very helpful and responsive. He had batteries for a dead remote send overnight. Would consider staying again.

I sold my house and opted to have an extended stay in an Air B&B while we made final decisions on our new house. Mo’s place was great. We enjoyed the neighborhood. I took walks and ran around the neighborhood pond, it was very peaceful. The house had pretty much everything we needed. Mo responded very fast when I had questions and helped me extending the stay a couple of times, he also let me have a late checkout to get all of the things we accumulated, our house warming gift from Mo (very classy sir!), and brought with us out. Great place it wasn’t cheep, but it was so nice to not worry. I’m so happy I thought outside the box I’m my situation. Stress free all inclusive stay. Thank you Mo!

We came to Houston b/c our grandson was playing in a AAU basketball tournament. Mo was very accommodating, he allowed us to do a early check in although the weather caused delays in flights and we couldn’t take advantage of the early check in. The home is very clean. The living room furniture felt small like it should be in an apartment or trailer. It wasn’t really comfortable for the 5 of us. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but our son said that the bed he slept in was very very firm. The patio was covered & the furniture was nice. I enjoyed my coffee out there before the sun got too hot. The kitchen is equipped, would have liked a mixing bowl but other than that it had the essentials. Walmart and other shopping was close but you will need a car. The neighborhood felt safe and was clean and quiet.
