A perfect studio in a peaceful location in Penryn. Ideal for cycling around the local area. Accommodation was clean, modern and stylish. Lovely welcome goodies - saffron buns, milk, butter and wine which was a nice touch. Lesly facilitated an earlier check in which was much appreciated.

Nice place for a stay in Cornwall. Walking distance to shops and pubs in Penryn, though you’ll want a car for exploring other areas. Parking is easy at the studio. Lesly is a responsive and helpful host.

A truly wonderful place. The family were lovely and so helpful and welcoming, location was perfect, apartment clean and tidy. There was a little folder inside with ideas of restaurants, things to do and takeaways. Cooking facilities are clean and cleaning items available to use. The little welcome pack they left was incredibly helpful and very very thoughtful. The only downsides are that the shower was rather tight, my average built 5’11” boyfriend struggled to move around in the shower, I (5’5” female) had no issues. there is no extraction fan so items cooked on the hob set off the smoke alarm even with the window wide open. Will highly consider staying here again if we visit the area.

Lesley was a really responsive host. The studio is clear and close to all amenities yet quiet and secluded. it is full of everything you need. Falmouth is a great place to base and explore.

Lesly was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after. We had a snag with the wifi but it was well dealt and promptly resolved. She gave so many good recommendations in the area and was such a great host. Perfect for a couples retreat!! Would recommend to go!
