We had to reach out a couple of times because the WiFi was showing. Quit response and had us up and running in no time. The kitchen was well stocked and unit is in good condition.

This unit was great, and the location was amazing. Direct access to the beach, but also close to attractions like Broadway and Barefoot. We had a great time!

Great location and parking. Furnished balcony overlooking the beach was perfect for sunrise and night sky viewing, and morning coffee and cocktails. In unit laundry, beach chairs and ceiling fans were a plus! On the down side, the unit was very musty on arrival and needs a good cleaning. The furniture and trim were dusty and air vents were especially dirty. Sliding doors to balcony were very hard to slide and lock, requiring a call to the booking agent who responded promptly.

The overall stay was good. Very spacious condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Definitely large enough for a family to stay. Beautiful views that are unbeatable and right on the beach! Be aware that they do not advertise this anywhere that I saw, but you have to pay an extra $200 cleaning deposit (on top of what air bnb is already charging for cleaning) prior to check-in. It will be refunded after your stay if the condo is left in proper condition. You also get limited supplies during your stay and have to provide your own if you run out (ex. We only got 2 trash bags and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for an 8 day stay). There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which was very convenient. You have to supply your own laundry detergent. Good stay overall. Location is hard to beat!

Brigadune 11D was wonderful! kitchen was well equipped, rooms were exactly as expected. Very clean and well kept.
