I had booked this place for 19 - 22 Jun, The host was not accessible, The colleague Mr Inder Singh, said they stopped taking bookings from Airbnb since past two years, Mr Singh said, you paid to Airbnb but i have not received any amount from Airbnb. They cancelled the booking. When i said i wanna speak to Host Mr Deepak, Mr Singh Said Mr Deepak is in USA he is not accessible. So i was travelling to Moradabad host cancelled by booking the refund is in process. I have to book another hotel by paying the additional amount. ALSO AFTER CANCELLING THE BOOKING FROM AIRBNB, Mr SINGH OFFERED ME THOSE ROOMS FOR HIGHER PRICES.

Moderate experience .The hotel staff were very cooperative and accommodating. The room however was not clean, there were stains and dirt deposits pretty much visible every where. The price was reasonable hoever the management should take of the cleanliness specially during the pandemic.

Overall the experience was moderate. Want to give a little suggestion please do have a look at cleanliness of rooms, workers dont clean it properly they just use water to mop the floor n no dusting was done, lights were not working properly.
