I would recommend Joao LM to everyone. He is quick to communicate. His condo is beautiful and clean. Joao is always available to assist in any situation. It’s convenient to local stores and restaurants. It was a pleasure.

Staying at Joao's in Praia was a perfect experience. The apartment is brand new, very clean and confortable, well situated and close to all commodities and also from the beautiful Kebra Canela beach. Communication with Joao was really easy and he was really helpful during the whole stay. We strongly recommend staying there when you're in Praia. Bonus : really big terrace with a beautiful view.

We loved Joao’s place! It was safe and convenient. There is air conditioning and Netflix! We definitely felt at home and would stay again!
