One day before our trip we got a message form the owner that the two-bedroom apartment we booked was not actually available. He told us to "just cancel your booking" however, since there is a no-refund policy i would have lost all my money (and as it was super short notice there were no other options anymore). In the end we agreed of him renting us his smaller place for a small discount instead (We would have very much liked to pay the 20chf more to stay in the place we actually booked with two bedrooms...). The smaller apartment was okay, however, there was many of these weird 1cm long bugs crawling around. I caught and released about 30 of them before we went to bed, but there were still enough to keep as awake (as they are quite loud when they fly around). All in all, not happy :(
