Very nice place for our 3 night beach get away. We traveled with our new grandchild and his parents. Our (double) bed was very comfy. Big shower with good water pressure. No real view from the unit but nice little plaza just next door had play equipment for kids, beach view, terrace service from a couple of bars, and the elevator connecting to the pedestrian overpass that empties on the beach. Ramps and elevator bypassing stairs make it easy to take a pram (or wheelchair) for the short distance to the beach walk. Fairly quiet neighborhood. La Estancia restaurant just up the street was very good, staff was extremely friendly and were delighted to have the baby with us. Reservations for dinner would be a good idea as it filled up. For a splurge, the menu lunch at the 8 table Tabula Rasa (in town) was wonderful. The 25-30 minute walk from the train station to the apartment is fairly flat but if you have significant luggage the bus, beachside tram, or a cab might be better on a hot day.

I would recommend everyone to stay here! Amazing location: walking distance to the beach, subway, supermarket and city center. Also at night it was very quiet reassuring a good night sleep. Communication with the host was fantastic, always replied within a few minutes and was always very helpful. Also, an early check in and late check out was possible which was extremely helpful! This place definitely brought our stay in Alicante to the next level!

Très bien situé pour dormir au calme. Le logement n est pas loin on peut tout faire à pied. Les draps et les serviettes sont propres. Cet endroit pourrait être super si la douche était plus entretenue l évier n était pas calé avec un bout de bois et d autres petites choses qui rend l endroit bien mais pas extraordinaire. Alors que le potentiel est là! J’espère que ce commentaire vous aidera à vous rendre compte que vous avez une pépite entre les doigts !! Les gérantes sont très gentilles et à l écoute. Elles nous ont laissé un départ tardif à 17h car pas loué après.
