José, was an amazing host who was very responsive with any questions that I had. The location was convenient to local restaurants and attractions. Amazing view of the beach !!!!

The deck and waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the waves was amazing! In the mornings the deck was in full sun so we ate inside, in the afternoon it was in the shade and a perfect place to sit and read a book. It was a great location for getting to Fajardo and El Yuque. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great and the big king bed was very comfortable. You should not plan on anyone other than a small child on the bottom bunk because it is a tight fit- but maybe perfect for a family with little ones. We didn't use the washer and dryer but did make use of the outdoor shower around the corner to rinse the sand! We found a great bakery that had food and pastries just a few blocks in towards town. We also wished we had eaten at the Board Riders before our last night, as we wanted to try everything on the menu! Not sure if we missed some amazing beaches in Luquillo, but we took a water taxi to Icacos and really enjoyed the white sand beach and the snorkeling there!!

Great location. Good size for the four of us. Felt safe and secure. AC in the bedrooms at night is a must. Been to the area many times and have stayed at this property before.
