Guests have access through a private entrance (a back stairwell, though both units have access to the basement through that stairwell), with an electronic smart lock for easy check-in/check-out. *Hot tub access may be requested for $75, and includes 3-90 minute blocks of time where access is exclusively reserved for you and your guests. We are located one block from that park (Humboldt) and love to stroll around watching ducks and geese, play with our kids at the playground, or sit on the hill with take away and have a picnic. Like anywhere, we recommend removing valuables out of your vehicle and locking your car doors at night. There is a "eat street" along Kinnickinnic where you can explore all sorts of great food options.
