Arriving at the location was fine, instructions on how to check in were very clear. However upon walking inside the two mounted AC units were off, and the interior of the space was extremely hot and muggy, and smelled damp. We wish they had turned on the units prior to our arrival to at least a comfortable temperature, but after turning on the units it's took a while for the space to cool down. Besides that, there was literally not a single roll of toilet paper to be found in the apartment and while the toilet spray was functional, it wasnt sufficient for cleaning up after using the restroom. The space was otherwise fine for the price of the stay. We were really close to a lot of local shopping and restaurants and the drive to Downtown Miami and the beaches was pretty reasonable. It's a private, functional place to stay at a reasonable price if you are looking to have a weekend in Miami.

La cocina estaba bien equipada todolo que necesitas, el patio muy limpio y amplio un papel de bano solo y por la mitad, la ropa de cama olia humedad horrible estaba sucia las sabanas las toallas con mal olor y empercudida le pregunte al host por papel de bano y me mando 1 para 3 noches y 3 personas mucha demora al responder el tv que sale en la foto en la cocina no existe tuve que comprar un tv para mi hijo pudiera entretenerse, las almohadas viejas con manchas amarillas y olian muy mal solo con esos cambios pudiera recomendar esta unidad de airbnb

Wonderful, quiet place with large, private, and furnished backyard. Fast WiFi perfect for business travelers. Supermarket is close-by, even in walkable distance. HIGHLY recommend!
