Excellent stay!! First, the home was SUPER clean and exactly as listed. The property was exactly as listed and conveniently located near many local attractions. Eddie and Beatriz were very helpful and proactive hosts. One of our best AirBnB stays, we wld happily stay here again.

Look no further! You’ve found your home away from home. Well appointed, clean, quiet and easy to get to anywhere. Great neighborhood for evening strolls. Comfortable bed, soft sheets and fluffy towels. Essentials for the night or to get your stay started. Efficient air conditioning and it was needed (and appreciated) this week!

We stayed as part of our road trip- it was our ‘Everglades’ stop and fit the bill well. Clean, great amenities and no issues at all. Thank you Eddie!

Our family of four had a wonderful time visiting Miami, the Everglades & Biscayne National Parks during our stay. Eddie's place was the perfect place to come back to after our adventures as his place was clean, organized and the perfect amount of space for our family. Eddie was also very responsive and communicative during our stay.

Eddie's place is clean, quiet, well-set-up, easy to use. Three of us stayed there, and we were all quite comfortable. The mattresses were great! Climate control is very easy to use, the laundry is a real convenience. The one thing that would make it perfect is a desk to work at. The living room couches are great to hang out on, but difficult if you have work to do -- which I did. However, the wifi was very good. Nothing I had to do that I could not do. We felt very safe there as well.
