The room was clean and represented what was depicted in the photos. The space offers basic amenities and is quiet. We appreciated the full sized refrigerator. The highlight of Juana's place is the nice hot water. There is no electrical socket near the bed and that made it difficult to use my husband's CPAP machine. She brought us towels, but no washcloths. Because it is very clearly a converted garage, there are no true windows and you can only see bits of sunlight that trickle in through the parts of the garage door that are unobstructed. We were only there for 2 nights, so it was adequate for a short stay... probably more ideal for a single person as the bed is in the corner and both sides are not accessible.
