Luigi war der perfekte Gastgeber. Er hat uns jederzeit geholfen, da er direkt in der Unterkunft wohnt. Auch seine Frau war super freundlich. Die beiden hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, dass wir abends etwas lauter waren. Ohne Luigis Hilfe hätten wir deutlich mehr Probleme gehabt, da wir mit unserem Englisch nicht sonderlich weit gekommen sind. Alles in allem sind wir Luigi total dankbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great week, house was spacious, clean, well equipped and pool was gorgeous and refreshing. A/C and private bathrooms per bedroom made it extra comfortable. Luigi and his wife were very helpful and kind in providing expert advice and were always happy to help. Location also convenient (very close to Macerata and within 30 minutes of lovely beaches). Highly recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful. Lovely views and garden. Amazing pool, safely separated from other areas by stairs (good for kids). A nice little private outdoor terrace area for eating and BBQ. The house itself has a large kitchen, diner, sitting room with ample facilities and air con, which came in handy during the heatwave! Bedrooms each have an en-suite and their own air con too. Charming local towns with history and local festivals. Short drive to multiple beaches. Great facilities all round. Luigi is a superb host, great at communicating before we travelled, warm welcome, and went to every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you very much, we had a great time!
