We didn’t met Danijela, we were met by Melita. We left the property with mixed feelings. On one hand the property is beautiful, within easy reach of Zadar and the airport. It was clean and tidy. On the other hand most of the bedrooms were lacking basic furniture such as a nightstand or a simple wardrobe to put your stuff in. We had to put our suitcases and clothes on the ground next to the bed. The host was a little over the top for us, coming and going from the back entrance as she pleased and texting us every day which did not feel as we had the whole place for ourselves but rather like we were constantly being supervised. Even though we did not make any excessive noise like having a party or loud music we were told off just having a chat in the back yard after dinner. However, there was a loud construction site just next to the property being very loud from 8AM on Saturday and 7AM Monday. All in all, it was ok but could have been better. Also, thank you for the banitsa it was good.

We stayed in Villa Enna for a week in mid September. It was a well decorated and very clean place to stay. The Villa is very spacious and was family friendly. The pool is raised which was reassuring due to having a toddler within our party. When the pool heater was turned on, it was almost at bath temperature which was lovely. The Villa is located on quite a busy road without a path so you require a car to travel anywhere however you are only a short drive away from shops and the the old town. The host, Melita, was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. She regularly checked that everything was ok during our stay too which was nice. We were provided with a local taxi drivers number by the host to pick us up from the airport, using him cost us €50 for a 10 minute journey in comparison to the €15 we paid for an Uber on our return journey. The only downside to this villa is the surrounding noise. There are building works in all directions which we found really disturbing.

Melita heeft ons zeer warm ontvangen. We kregen een duidelijke en beknopte uitleg van de regels van het huis alsook enkele tips om ons te verplaatsen of om te doen in Zadar. Melita is steeds bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam bij vragen. We zijn zelf verast door een heerlijke snack die ze voor ons heeft bereid. Het huis is zeker een aanraden indien jr een rustige vakantie wil met toch makkelijke bereikbaarheid naar Zadar centrum en zelfs vlieghaven.
