Solany and Marilyn were fantastic. They were so helpful and responsive before our trip and during every moment. Solany helped pick us up, took us to the house, and showed us everything. We traveled with our 7 month old and two teenage sons - we felt extremely safe the entire time and had everything we needed. We arranged to have to golf cart at the house upon arrival and that was ideal. The power went out on our second day, but everyone worked very hard to get the electric company out to help fix it. Armando, the property keeper, was so friendly and awesome and hard working. I lived chatting with him. The property, home, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are all beautiful and just as you think they would be. Everything is as described and wonderful. We would happily return. We have zero complaints (other than the boats being unavailable) and loved every day of our stay in Belize.

This place is very secluded. It is located beach front, with a beautiful view. The home is comfortable and stocked with everything you would need. Corrina , Marilyn and Armando were fabulous the entire trip, giving us tips, arranging excursions, rides, arranging golf carts, chefs and restaurant recommendations. The communication was great as well as timely. The property is quite the golf cart ride to San Pedro, but doable.

This house is exactly as advertised. The location is north of San Pedro, but still close enough to use a golf cart to get around. Zero traffic noise and if you needed something, small markets, bars/restaurants, etc are still nearby. We used the pizza oven on the rooftop terrace and had an incredible meal under the stars. The dock is easily accessible and the beach was kept clean of trash and seaweed. Armando is the caretaker of the property and he was always friendly and attentive to anything needed. We can not say enough about Marilyn! WOW! She is the concierge of the property and she is always quick to fulfill anything needed. She reached out after we booked and helped us with travel to the property, golf cart rental, fishing and diving trips or anything else we needed. We highly recommend the fishing/lobster and beach BBQ day! The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, the pool was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. We loved it!

If there was a negative, the drive into town was long. Corrina (and Marilyn) did a great job mitigating the issue. Dive companies and fishing guides were willing to pick us up near the house or even the house's dock.

Absolutely beautiful! Everything from the picture perfect sunrise to relaxing on the dock or in the pool was amazing!! Pictures really do not do this place justice. Marilyn the concierge, is amazing!!! She is super knowledgeable on what to do, where to go, or helping with any type of accommodation. If the grounds keeper Armando is there he’ll make you feel like family… he chopped up some fresh coconuts for us and is super knowledgeable about Belize. We loved swinging by Comida Ray by the house for food or watching sports. Make sure you ask for a fast golf cart or upgrade to a fast golf cart because the house is a little ways from town. This was our first time in Belize and it won’t be our last. Thank you Corrina, Marilyn and Armando for making our stay amazing! We’ll be definitely be back!!
