Nancy’s place is hands down the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Extremely cozy and very walkable to the Main St. of Bar Harbor. It’s about a 15 minute walk at a leisurely pace to get to the waterfront. Acadia NP itself is immediately accessible from there, and there are so many trails worth exploring and things to do in the area that you could easily spend two weeks and have much more left over for another visit. Lastly, we found the value of the listing to be well worth it given the timing of our visit, mid-September is just about peak season for the area. Highly recommended, would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Wonderful spot in Bar Harbor. Short walk or drive to the town. Bedrooms were wonderful!! Small back porch for cooking out and enjoying a meal outside worked for small group of people.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy's house while vacationing in Bar Harbor. The house was very close to the downtown restaurants and close to Acadia National Park. We definitely recommend staying here!

I had my doubts about liking this place in person because it looks cluttered in the photos. While it had a LOT of furniture in it and felt a little but granny-chic, it was SO incredibly clean, thoughtfully stocked and welcoming. There is no central AC. We were there during an unusually hot week, and the 2 window unit ACs kept up ok as long as we left them running all day. Overall very happy with the location and amenities! Would stay here again.

I could not recommend Nancy’s home enough. It was in the perfect spot in Bar Harbor, a short 10-15 minute into downtown, and on the south side of town away from all the traffic and crowds. The home has a fantastic kitchen to cook meals in and is great for entertaining. I will definitely be looking for this property for my next trip up.
