I stayed here for 3 days Here are my thoughts: absolutely spotless the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Maintenance Man WAS AWESOME came SO FAST when you need him and he was very nice and respectful (only needed him 1 time) The hosts did not bother us about anything which we appreciated ! and responded extremely fast whenever we asked questions SUPER close to the beach (not far walk) Wish the bathroom was inside one of the rooms when we had guests over or kids that part I didn’t realize when we showed up (all bathrooms are separate from the rooms) Pictures appear like beach house is huge in person I was surprised that it wasn’t as large as I expected but WAS BEAUTIFUL AND NOT small just thought it was going to be more spread out (ALL IN ALL WAS JUST FINE THOUGH) Golf cart in my personal opinion is entirely too expensive and NOT WORTH getting there is no need for it. ALL IN ALL I give this Airbnb a 10/10 and would 100% stay again.

The host was responsive to every request. However, we lost time on our first two days of the vacation because there were several things needing fixed and we waited for the repairs. There were several outside lights that needed replacing and the wires were loose, so when the lights were changed, they still didn’t work when we needed them. I did tell the repair man and he was coming back to fix them for the next guest. I also paid for a golf cart and it wasn’t set out for use when we arrived. They brought a replacement one that didn’t have a pass for the beach, but it was too late to drive it for the first day. The repair man gave us his pass. The house was pet friendly, but the house rules said that you can’t have your dogs on the furniture. That should be listed on the advertising because it changes the pet friendly meaning. All in all, it’s a really nice place and the maintenance man and maids were friendly. Overall, the Britt’s are very responsive and I highly recommend their places.

Our Christmas Holiday stay at Surfside Paradise #6 was perfect! We were concerned with having 2 boys (ages 6 & 8) that a lack of a tree would be a problem, but the Britt family made sure that there was a tree and decorations; thank you for that! I also appreciated the app for the house. I read everything before I got there so no surprises. This property is exactly how the pictures portray it to be. It is clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The elevator came in handy for luggage and coolers. The house is well stocked with all the basics you will need. Just bring clothes and groceries. We also had a dog with us and really appreciated the fenced yard. Loved this place and I’m already planning when to come back!
