Really trouble with the owner and team. first time i asked something about what tools and how many rooms they had, admin was not well informed.. not friendly at all and look like didn't understand with all facilities they had. moreover, my deposit was not fully refunded because the admin/owner blamed me disappearing spoon and hanger. come on.. 😂😂 they even didn't check the item in front of guest on the right time at check out. they didn't really fair as they just checked it by themselves after the time (after several hours) me and my family had already been away. then they had their own assesment and not fully refunded the deposit.. like the team/owner was thinking additional charge to gain their income. Even they blamed us bringing their items such a flimsy SPOON and a HANGER! 😅 oh come on.. i couldn't be rich by stealing that item!
