We enjoyed the stay, convenient location for all the activities we chose to do while visiting the area, the only issue we had was the pool not being heated as listed, when we asked the staff we were told the propane had run out, that was disappointing as night time temps were in the low 50's when we arrived and limited the use of the pool.

Beautiful location super close to Garner State Park! Loved the river access. Clean house and exactly as described. Definitely recommend!

This property was as promised in the online booking! The hosts were available when we needed them. We will definitely book another stay with these hosts!

The place is exactly as described. Worked well for my family and very accommodating. I am more than a little disappointed as the community pool had individuals partying throughout the day AND night with very inappropriate music being played nonstop. This is my biggest complaint as I would expect the on-site management to put a stop to the non-family friendly music being played and weed being smoked! This is my only complaint as the place was very nice, plentiful parking, and easy river access. It just comes down to unfortunate open beer and weed along with inappropriate music (unless you consider “WAP” family friendly) being played.
