We found our new family spot! We frequent the Frio area and we will now always stay at this home. The outdoor area is gorgeous and an extension of the home. Little extras (like laundry detergent, teas, ample kitchen tools) made it easy to vacation with our family. The river access is paradise with a large grassed area for picnics and catching the nightly fireflies. We are booking two more stays here.

We had the absolute best time at this river house. I was blown away with how beautiful it was from the moment I walked in the door. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and it is decorated so clean, beautiful, and modern. It’s even equipped with fun family games! Right when you walk out the back door you step into an oasis. The back patio that leads to the water is so neat. There’s a back porch swing, fire pit, dining table, and hot tub. Absolutely perfect!!! Not to mention that you then walk down a flight of stairs straight to the water. Megan is also an outstanding host to top it off. We had the best stay and can’t wait to come back.

This cabin on the river was so beautiful and truly a retreat! Everything was just perfect for our small group of friends to have a lovely weekend. We already have plans to book it again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The home is beautifully decorated and well-stocked, making our getaway comfortable and convenient. The outdoor area is a highlight, with a back deck, patio, hot tub, and Blackstone grill - perfect for enjoying the surroundings. Nestled among tall trees and lush greenery, the location by the Frio River is picturesque and serene. Megan, our host, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. While the home comfortably accommodated our group of couples (4), it would be even better for a larger family or fewer couples due to the room configurations. We loved the outdoor cooking so much that we even bought a similar Blackstone grill after returning home! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay and would definitely return!

This is a great home base for a trip to Garner SP - just minutes from the entrance! The home is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The best part is the backyard. It is a gorgeous property right on the crystal blue frio river! Megan was responsive, kind and helpful. All around great stay for a few families to enjoy a relaxing weekend together.
