Shalynn, was amazing, I've heard many horror stories about last minute cancellations, and although she had to cancel the house we wanted due to plumbing issues, she quickly notified us and put us in one of her other rentals. in addition she gave us 3 free days for a future rental at the house we wanted. I highly recommend Shalynn, all of her homes are beautiful.

The house is not what we expected. The beds were more like cots. The beds weren't made up when we arrived. All the rugs were stacked in the laundry and not on the floor. The house was just not ready for guest. The host had to send someone over with additional comforters. The host was pleasant. We did communicate our concerns. We made the best of it. I guess BNB's are not for me, it being my first time with BNB's.

Let me start with this is a beautiful home. It was very spacious. It was also pretty clean. It was very easy to access the property. If I can be completely honest, it feels as if maybe someone takes care of the property for the owner(s). Upon arrival there was no water on in the house at all and after reaching out to the owner we waited about 3 hours for it to be turned back on. We did not have a lot of utensils and baking/cooking items while trying to make dinner. The dishwasher was full from who ever was there last and not usable. We had to buy a dish scrub daddy to wash dishes because there was nothing usable but an old sponge that was left on the sink. We also had to buy trash bags because there were none in the house. I communicated with the owner that the hall bathroom had no hot water the entire stay and the master bathroom had to be shared. The hall and master toilets were loose. The last day we received the automated check out but did not ever hear back about the water.
