Beautifully updated townhouse located in quiet community of Eagle Point offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,500 SF. The 1st floor offers open concept layout with living and dining rooms, large set up kitchen with breakfast area, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and master suite with king bed. The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 full size bunk bed) and full bath. In addition, the 2nd floor presents another living space with TV and pullout sofa. Plenty of room for cozy family gatherings!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes to the beach, local eateries, and many activities! Maksym was a very responsive and gracious host. Our plans changed twice through planning and during our stay and our host was very accommodating both times. We had a hard time peeling the kids away from the air hockey table, too! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation stay!
We had a great stay. Roomy, clean, excellent condition, everything you would want for a family visit. I would recommend this to friends and family for a stay. The owners had everything stocked with convenience items which was very generous. Perfect!

This place was in a great location. The townhouse was exactly as pictured. The furniture was comfortable. I’ll stay here again when I’m in the area visiting family.
Maksym was a great host, was in town for my wedding and my groomsmen and I were looking for somewhere big enough to accommodate us as well as be a quiet relaxing place to stay at night. Not to mention Affordable for the room!

Eagle Point is a family friendly quiet neighborhood with outdoor community pool. It offers quick access to three beaches, highly rated restaurants, outlets, biking trails, and Cape Henlopen StatePark. The property is a short walk to bus station for a ride to Downtown Lewes, Downtown Rehoboth, or Dewey Beach.
There are two parking spaces on the property and plenty of guest parking in additional parking areas.
Guests will have use of the entire home. The unfinished basement is not available.
Due to the community restrictions reservations are to be stays no less than 7 days.
