The house was clean and spotless, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. The house was probably the cleanest and most well-designed place we have stayed in an Airbnb. However, I cannot say the same about the deck. Looking at the pictures on the website, we hoped to spend some time on the deck on Mother's Day evening for some quality time, but the furniture was so dirty that we decided not to. It was very disappointing to say the least. I had to do some labor (more than I would prefer, especially after a long day!) and move the metal chairs and table from downstairs to the deck for our dinner. I just wished that the hosts paid more attention to the outside of the house as much as they did to the inside. Or, I wished previous guests had pointed that out so we didn't have high hopes for our evening or picked another place. That said, our time inside the house was very comfortable and relaxing.

So peaceful! We enjoyed our short stay at the cottage which was extremely welcoming and clean upon arrival. Wish we could have stayed longer and spent time at the lake!
