This place is simply beautiful and Lucy ( and Tony) was so helpful and accommodating. We had been let down last minute and literally had nowhere to go , Lucy allowed us to check in extremely early - we didn’t mind at all that the place was not fully prepared again for guests as it was perfect anyway . A fantastic space .. our only teeny tiny issue was that the garden had lots of nettles which our dog didn’t like too much:/ ( I hasten to add that we were fully aware that Tony hadnt had chance to move the lawns so don’t let that deter you from staying here) it is the most perfect place of peace. We loved it and were even dreaming of a family Christmas stay here . Great hosts, great place, . Thank you !

Had a great stay at Lucy’s place! It is a lovely and comfortable house. The outdoor space is amazing, where our dog could roam around comfortably. The surroundings were peaceful and great to disconnect!

Lucy was so helpful and really accommodated for our group. The stay was perfect, I couldn’t fault anything about our stay! Weather wasn’t great, but the warm coziness feel the barn gave made it perfect! Lucy is a great host with an amazing talent, the artwork around the barn is outstanding! Thankyou for welcoming us into the New Year! We hope to stay again!

My husband and I had a wonderful Christmas with my parents, 2.5 year old daughter and springer spaniel at Lucy's beautiful converted barn. Very peaceful location and the place itself is just stunning. Cosy, stylish and well equipped- made even more special by the original art on display throughout. Lucy is very responsive and so friendly. The chickens, fairy garden and local pub were also big hits with all 3 generations!

Beautifully converted barn, comfortable, warm, wonderful location. The river is very close and the water levels were high but we never felt under threat, and it is a spectacular location, even in the rain! From the moment we booked Lucy was helpful and responsive and was very kind in helping us set up the home for 3 very active little children. The recommendations for places to go and places to eat were useful. Thank you for hosting
