Lida is an unbelievable host!!! Went above and beyond to make our stay special. The place was stunning and centrally located for all activities. The design was top notch and luxury. The view was out of this world!!
This place really set the standard of places to stay in Cape Town! Communication was a breeze and the hosts made sure everything was taken care of appropriately! Plus the space is phenomenal!! Will 100% be coming back if it is open!
Thank you Lida and Luca for providing such an exquisite loft experience. The hosts were friendly, helpful and very good communicators. We stayed for five nights and got lots of tips & hints even before arriving, there were maps and more info provided when we actually got there. The loft is just like on the pictures - lots of room, a nice kitchen area with a view of the houses behind and the top of Signal Hill. The two levels of the loft are spacious and extremely well designed. A great feature is the full glass front with an amazing terrace and beautiful views on to the city and the table mountain. All natural and sustainable fabrics in this place make you feel welcome and at home. Great products in the bathroom as well (the design of it is a real treat after hot days in the city or in the mountains). There is a big garage space and you'll feel absoutely safe in this area! Highly recommended! Loved it!
Absolutely loved our stay. This flat is amazing - so well decorated and kitted out. Lida and Luca were full of helpful suggestions which made our trip so memorable. The view of table mountain is incredible. Highly recommend!
We had such a wonderful stay at Lida and Luca's loft. The loft itself is so beautiful and peaceful, and the view from every angle is breathtaking at any time of day. The location is very central and convenient, especially if planning to spend time on Kloof Street (which is a short walk). We highly, highly recommend Lida and Luca's place - it made our visit to Cape Town extra special. Thanks again for a perfect stay!

We fell in love with our building in 2017 and has been a 2 and a half year project coming to life ever since. Our building has hosted many interesting businesses since 1918 such as clothing manufacturing, leather manufacturing and now our beautiful COCO-MAT store on the 1st floor and our lofts on the 3rd floor. My husband and i had a vision that we wanted people to wake up with the spectacular Table Mountain view at their feet and experience our COCO-MAT mattresses in the funky hub of Bo- Kaap. Both of us love nature and living in harmony with nature so we choose all our interior finishes from a sustainability view point and to make our building self sustained by our solar panels and rain water tanks. Being able to host guest in our lofts is a dream come true for us.
