A great location, at Lower Briggate area of Leeds city centre. Close to all amenities, from bars, shops, rail links and parking. Given the proximity to everything, you can experience a little “night life noise” at the weekend, but don’t let this put you off. The property itself is a good sized studio and maintained to a high standard. Definitely recommended.

The room is in a perfect location for the best shops, bars and restaurants. I stayed for 18 days and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming from day one. Despite being round the corner from some of the bars and clubs, I always felt safe. The room was really warm and cosy, and had everything I needed for my stay.

Great studio and clean. It has fantastic location as well. The hygiene is perfect as well
