The property was great and was bery spacious for our group. The hot tub was unfortunately broken when we stayed, but the management company sent someone to trouble shoot it within 30 min of our call and sent a vendor out the next day. Even though it wasn’t fixable during our stay, the responsiveness was much appreciated

The place itself is ok. However the place was not properly cleaned. There was a mouse in the kitchen, the carpet in the living room is dirty. The sofa in the living room is stained and too old, and there’s no support. The bathroom downstairs was dirty, the shower curtain has mold and the rod that sustains the shower curtain keeps falling. The sofa bed, you can feel the coils and you’re not able to sleep in it The extra bedding, we’re dirty haven’t been washed since last time they were used. And some of the extra blankets were ripped.

After our stay, we were sent an invoice for a hole in the drywall. None of our group members caused this hole. The image looks fake like the hole is drawn on. We are working with Airbnb to get this clarified. We were charged an invoice for the damages that we did not cause. Very suspicious. The beds in the kid's room (bunk beds) and the pull-out couch were extremely UNCOMFORTABLE. Please be aware of that. The other room's beds were great. We found toys in the pillows so the pillows were likely not cleaned. Aside from these downsides, the house was comfortable. The location was close to town and to the Eagle lodge. It was a nice size for our group. I wouldn't recommend this house because were dealing with the invoice, etc.

This listing was an absolute dream. We were visiting during a winter storm and the home was perfect to watch the snow fall from the large windows or the hot tub. This home had everything we needed and we felt so comfortable.

Had an incredibly fun stay here! When we showed up the dishwasher was filled with albeit clean dishes, but it seemed like for the price we’re paying everything would be ready for use and clean. I also don’t like how we had to drive the trash out. Again, for the price of the condo that seems like a service that should be included. All this said this is a beautiful home and we all had a wonderful time!
