Private abode located in a quiet country neighborhood on one acre parcel. Accommodations Include parking and a naturally landscaped path and patio! Tastefully decorated with queen bed, hide-a-bed sofa, mounted tv and wi-fi. Kitchen includes an under-counter refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. Close to charming downtown Templeton, and beautiful wineries, dining and parks. Includes Continental Breakfast. No smoking, no drugs and no noise or parties. The accommodations include three rooms in a private cottage; 1) a living room/bedroom with a queen bed, a hide-a-bed sofa, a TV and furniture; 2) a kitchen with an under-counter fridge, a microwave, sink and coffee maker, but no stove or oven; and 3) a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Outdoor space includes a patio and furniture.

We loved staying in Joe’s guest house! Spacious guest house, comfy bed, beautiful garden and breakfast delivered to our door - wonderful stay!

Nice place in a peaceful area. Joe was very responsive. He greeted us upon arrival and provided a yummy continental breakfast each morning. Would stay here again!

Joe was a wonderful host! The space is quiet, private, clean, and with beautifully landscaped surroundings. Highly recommended, we would be delighted to book again in the future when visiting the area!

The bed was super comfortable. Now I understand the benefits of a memory foam topper. It was a treat. Overall, Joe was a wonderful responsive host. The morning breakfast was a perfect way to start the day, with fresh berries and baked goods to accompany the Keurig coffee. We will be back!

Joe is a kind person and very easy going. The breakfast is everything other guests have said. The place is beautiful and spacious. Super comfortable bed!! I highly recommend the cottage in Templeton!!
