Comfortable bed and nice view from the balcony. Was a decent stay overall. Would have been nice if there were room heaters esp since it was peak winter. Also, had to follow up for fixing broken bathroom fitting and non working kettle after checking in which ideally should have been done beforehand.

I wouldn't say this place was good or bad because that's too Black and White. I'll tell you the pros and cons. Pros 1. The property is located near the Beas river and the surroundings are calm, so you can actually hear the sounds of the river, which is very therapeutic. 2. It's close to a Nature park, at a walkable distance of 1.5 km. You can even go down to the river bed and enjoy a secluded afternoon. Cons: 1. The place needs maintenance. We reached at 6AM and the host accomodated us with an alternate room(which we had to stay in till the next day)- the sheets/towels had stains and were dirty with dust too. The room wasn't sweeped, the plug points were loose. The kettle plug didn't work at all. 2. On a telephonic conversation with the hotel I was told that the rooms have a heating system and in case of a power outage they'll facilitate a fireplace - so at 6 AM the room was freezing and we were told that the heater was at payable basis. Also there is no fireplace as this is a hotel

Good stay by river side. Nice view. But wifi didn't work during the stay. Overall it was a nice place.
