It’s a kind of dormentry . single hall with mutli beds and two bathroom one western and one Indian style . You have big lawn in front to play . And sit out outside and enjoy the nature . Property is old and Maintanence is less . Need more improvements in my opinion . Ok for bachelors to spend time with nature .

awesome place to stay with friends. we were served well by the host. And most importantly my pet dog Walter was barking in joy on the lawn.

This place is very nice for bachelor. But not suitable for family. The location was awesome as it's just near to manimuthaaru dam. But it's just a single room and you can find multiple beds in a single room. It's not exactly room but it's a hall .

Really enjoyed the time at RKV Relax/Manimutharu. I had visited with my entire family (7 adults + 2 kids) and stayed for 3 days/3 nights. It was truly a tryst with nature where one could feel the almost unending breeze throughout the day, hear the river-like roar of the palm leaves caressed by the wind and just chill out away from the fast paced city life. Plenty of open space for kids to play. Many of our group ended up having our night sleep on the verandah outside just for the pleasant breeze. We could hear the sounds of peacock, Sambar deer many times. We were lucky to see Sambar deer and a bunch of wild boar family during early morning walk closeby the place. Nice star gazing opportunity as well in case of a clear sky. Mohanram was an amazing host, sharing good amount of information about the place, the terrain, wildlife and the location in general. He gave us a guided tour of the place and its nearby surroundings and with interesting anecdotes about wildlife, nearby mountains and the place as such. Muthukutty served us homely food as per our preference during the entire course of our stay. Overall, it was quite a pleasant experience with comfortable stay, great host and an excellent location to be with nature.

A great place to relax and connect with nature. If you're looking for a fancy bed n breakfast setup this is not the place for you. Here you'll be close contact with nature and be able to experience it to the fullest. It's in close proximity to Mnimuthar Dam and you'll require a personal/rented vehicle to reach here (reaching here by public transport will be difficult).
