Barb and Mark are amazing! I felt extremely comfortable and at home. Barb goes above and beyond making her guests feel welcomed and at ease. Barn is so kind and tends to all of your needs while also giving you privacy. The location is amazing, being downtown, 25 minutes from Scottsdale and the drive to Sedona was beautiful amd worth it. The breakfast was good. The homemade yogurt and granol is so good. The jams with the bagels/coffee etc is mazing as well. The space is clean, newly renovated and beautiful. The guest bedroom is beautiful, comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and a comforter. The three peice bath is amazing. We also love little Marley (their cat) and we will miss him dearly. We will be back and we are looking forward to it. I feel like home here. We will miss her! - Danielle (until next time)

Mark and Barb were lovely! Barb greeted us and we felt right at home! We were in Phoenix for a multi-day conference and Barb was up as early as we were to make sure we had breakfast. She had lots of wonderful restaurant recommendations ( we particularly liked Ocotillo). Barb also was communicative enough to make us feel right at home but also gave us plenty of space to unwind. Barb always made sure the hot tub was on and warm for us. We absolutely plan on returning to Pheonix and would love to stay here again. We can't recommend them more highly!

We had a great time during our stay with Mark and Barb. Barb was a terrific host, always checking to see if we needed anything and giving us great recommendations of places to go. Mark was great too, but had less interactions with him. The breakfast was good, and really clear and easy to "order". The homemade granola and yogurt is very delicious. The home was clean, and private with only interactions with the host being brief conversations at breakfast to see how our night went, what plans we had for the day, and if we needed anything. We really enjoyed having the pool to ourselves for entire stay, and it was a great relaxing getaway for a few days. Located close to downtown, this was a perfect spot for us to enjoy Phoenix city sights with the ability to come back to our own private place to relax at the pool. They went above and beyond to make our stay great, and it showed. Thanks a bunch Mark and Barb! A+

The nicest place we've stayed on AirBnb. Immaculate, comfortable space with fantastic hosts who anticipate any need, and the location couldn't have been more conveniently-placed. Just about perfect. ❤️

Barb and Mark are kind, easy to talk to, hospitable and very accommodating! Their house is clean, cozy and comfy. The backyard is lovely as well. This is a wonderful spot to stay if you want to be able to walk downtown for a concert or sporting event! Highly recommend:)
