What a beautiful home, and the most amazing hosts we have ever worked with! Our family of 6 will definitely come back again to visit our son at college. Chris and Darren took such good care of us! They helped us when our car broke down, dealt with our silly requests, and put up with my kids clogging the toilet. The kitchen is stocked, the house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and there’s tons of stuff for kids to do (games, toys, outside games, and TV). The scenery is beautiful. We don’t have any complaints. What a great place to stay!! Such amazing hosts!!! You won’t regret renting from these folks.

Loved the spacious rooms and the peace and quiet of the country. If you are looking for the perfect "getaway/hideaway" The Home Place is the location for you!! Just off the beaten path, but still close enough to the numerous things to do in the surrounding towns. Weston, MO, Atchison, KS, St. Joseph, MO, Kansas City, MO etc.
