Had a lovely stay here! The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the sea. The check in process was super easy, and Karim was flexible letting us arrive a bit earlier and leave our bags at the house for a few extra hours - which made a huge difference to our stay. The kitchen is on ground floor level, it's very well equipped and spacious, and the living room is very cost. We went on a rainy weekend and spent a lot of time in this room! The bedrooms are below ground level and a spacious, with one bathroom for everyone to share. It was easily enough space for 4 of us. This basement area did smell slightly damp, but nothing too bad. Would recommend!

Lovely appointed flat over 2 floors, great location...very close to Viking Bay & really good restaurants. Parking space off road which is also great 👍

Lovely place close to the sea, the upstairs accommodation is so bright and comfortable, and opens onto a lovely little terrace and garden. We loved our stay. Karim was SUPER helpful and responsive.

Très bon séjour à Broadstairs, appartement très spacieux et très bien situé. Décoration rétro vintage. En revanche, l’étage du bas avec chambres et salle de bain est un peu vieillot.
