This is a 2500 square feet of cozy living space, packed with efficient design to accommodate our family and friends. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, a front and back patio, 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms with an extra sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 16 adults. Since 2023, we are adding amenities into the home such as Additional Smart TV, pool table, arcade, new bed, and pillows, board games to improve the quality of your stay. We utilize smart-lock to make check-in and out easy for our guests. The Primary bedroom are to the right of the home equipped with a king size bed and connected with a study room that we utilized for sleeping arrangement. Perfect for a family with kids setting. Two other bedrooms has is equipped with a combo queen bed |twin bed per room with a Jack and Jill Bathroom. and the last bedroom is equipped with a twin beds and a bunk beds for a total of Ten beds - 16 people You will sleep comfortability on a high-quality mattress with a variety of pillows softness to choose from. The backyard is overlooking a private 5 acres of wooded lot. Home is within minutes from Egypt's Major town center. There are plenty of option for food and Uber eat around the area. The home however is nested in a very quiet street with little to no traffic. and no street light at night. The home is perfect for a family & friends get together, retreat event, event travel, wedding travel, corporate retreat, or an extended stay base on your situation.
