Maria's space was awesome! We used it for a planning meeting - there were so many good places for us to gather for meetings, each of us could have our own bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen was a wonderful gathering space. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the outside patio. The kitchen was so well stocked, and had everything one could need. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

My group of friends and I get together for a " Girls Weekend ", about every 4 months and Houston is our meet up city since we all live in Texas. We've stayed in several airbnbs throughout the last few years. This is by far our absolute favorite one. The pictures don't do it justice at all. The bedrooms were spacious and the home was so functional and clean. The host were extremely nice, responsive and so helpful. The neighborhood was quite and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and we plan on booking again if it's available for our next planned " Girls Weekend ".

Maria place was beautiful. My family really enjoyed the comfortability the place had to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to local stores. I really enjoyed my stay at Maria’s Place. Her team was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. It was an amazing experience returning back to Texas for me, and introducing my family to Texas as well. We traveled to Margaritaville and Houston as well so the location was perfect for our itinerary. Thanks again.

We stayed for our daughter birthday.. the kids loved the pool & hot tub…and the fact that everyone had their on bathroom.. The hosts were very responsive whenever I had a question and they were very nice.. The beds were so comfortable.. We will be staying again in the future…
