We love this place! This is our second stay here and it feels like home when we come to the Eastern Shore. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils, but the Island House Restaurant is a couple of minutes walk for a delicious meal out, too. The General Store which is right next door is well stocked with local craft products if you’re looking for a souvenir of your stay. It’s a plus to have the little patio with outdoor table and chairs, and I availed myself of some quiet reading time there in the Virginia sunshine. Very nice..and the two bicycles allow you to tour this lovely fishing village, but it’s a lovely walk as well! Thank you, Allen!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet & friendly little town. The rental unit was just as pictured (super clean) & a great find for a relaxing anniversary trip! Allen was very helpful in recommending restaurants in the surrounding towns. He was also prompt in responding to our messages & appreciated him dropping off the bikes! Lots of beautiful places to sightsee, beaches in Cape Charles & Kiptopeke State Park, Onanock is a cute town with great places to eat & the marina was perfect spot to watch the sunset. We plan to visit again now that we found a new special destination! Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality!

A quiet seaside getaway from the hustle and bustle. We have visiting the town a few times and this was our first overnight in Wachapreague. We've stayed on the Eastern Shore and adore this small town. Sadly, the restaurant was closed during our weekend so we will have to make return trip. The home was immaculately clean, kitchen incredibly well stocked - and lovely wine glasses; a HUGE plus for me! Only thing missing was a teapot, luckily I travel with my own because I don't drink coffee. Will definitely be back.

This place was beautiful! Had to stay for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised by this airbnb, its clean, comfortable, very modern, and the host was very quick to respond to any questions and was happy to accommodate our request for an early check in. Absolutely thrilled I found this place!

Great open spacious unit right in town beside the best coffee shop and general store. They also had great local donuts available. Bedroom and bath were both very nice sizes. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was clean and set up to cook if we needed to. A great seafood restaurant was a block away on the water. Locals were friendly so it was easy to get suggestions of things to do. We did use the bikes to ride all over the small town.
