This unit was advertised as a penthouse - it is far from that. Unit needs a big overhaul. the roof top is unsafe and unsightly. Even the hand sanatiser had dust on it. There were no face fannels, and the unit was old and needed a refresh. The agent gave us the wrong keys so we could not get into our apartment. Reception at the resort should manage all the units onsite so that guests can obtain help such as getting into the apartment quickly - they can pay a fee to have this service. Need to be able to charge things back to your room if staying at a resort. Did not get the email about the booking and check in and did not get a text message to follow up to confirm that the email was received so we had no idea that we could not book in at reception. needs to be a text message sent to phone to advise to check email or send it via text and email to be sure it is received. Arriving and then having to locate where to get the keys from was very very poor.
