We stayed at Gary's place while we were in Russellvile to watch the total solar eclipse. Gary had great pricing, and the Airbnb was very close to Lake Dardanelle State Park and downtown Russellville. The neighborhood is beautiful. We spent most of our time at state parks or at the downtown eclipse festival - Gary's place was a great spot to re-coup and rest.

I have stayed here before and plan to again. It's so tidy and comfortable and is in a lovely area.

It looked like Gary's maid isn't doing her job very well. Also i don't think the sheets had been changed

Gary came right down to let me in when I got there, even though it was late. I was able to park right by the door. Nice neighborhood.

Gary was wonderfully communicative and even sought out local food recommendations which were appreciated. The location was lovely for our trip which involved hiking at Mt. Nebo and Petit Jean. The outdoor area and neighborhood was great for walking our dog. Random note, the shower is quite short, so be mindful if you are over 5'10. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well supplied. The space heater was enough to warm up the space (wasn't too cold outside). The space was wonderfully quite. Given all the positive reviews, I am assuming the uncleanliness of the space was a fluke which was disappointing for us. It did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. It was not vacuumed (there were socks under the footrest), there was mold in the shower, the toilet and refrigerator (liquid stains) were not cleaned, and the list goes on. We were surprised by what we walked into. Had the space been clean, this would have been a rec worthy stay.
