Melissa was a great host and communicative! She provided everything we could ever ask for and was extremely hospitable. Her place is very comfortable and cozy. I will definitely be back when I come visit Ithaca again.
Melissa's place is lovely. We would definitely stay again! It is very much a studio. It is completely open from Kitchen through the dining/bedroom to the living room with the two day beds (single beds) The only internal door is for the bathroom.
It was nice, quiet, warm and friendly.

Melissa’s place is outstanding. It was just what I needed on my little work trip to Ithaca. The location was private and tucked back from the road but within less than ten minutes from where I needed to be on any given day. Melissa also took the time to have the place ready early for me and meet me at the door to show me around the space and give personal recommendations of Ithaca. She was very personable and the space was extremely comfortable! I would love to come back in the future!

Quiet, friendly, responsible, retired Cornell library supervisor and former massage therapist. I love travel, music, dance, yoga, natural foods, holistic health and am passionate about doing whatever I can to help save our environment. (Are you willing to recycle and compost? It's easy!) I began hosting on Airbnb in the summer of 2013 and it has been a huge success. Since then, I have hosted over 3,000 wonderful guests! I'm thrilled that so many people truly enjoy the Studio apartment, the 3 bedroom apartment and the two guest rooms, all here within my spacious home. Having lived in Ithaca since 1970, I may be able to offer you a few pointers on things to do, like seeing some of the many nearby waterfalls and gorges. Note: You may want to buy food before coming to my house. It's approximately 4 miles or a 10 minute drive to downtown Ithaca, straight down Coddington Road. I hope to see you here! :-D
