Very clean and well kept apartment. Convenient commute to the city

I will first start by saying I have stayed in many Airbnb’s as a traveling professional so I maybe a little more critical. This space was as describe, yet the most basic. Host seems to be kind, but whomever keeps the apartment lacks details. No hand soap in the bathroom, every single clock was wrong or not functioning, and desk lamp had no cord or battery. The bed was extremely soft and off center from the frame. The host has no control over this but I hardly got sleep due to the load street noise, if you are a 5am riser this is perfecIt was truly the worse sleep :(. Lastly I didn’t find the check- out process smooth. I did have an issue with the key fob as well, host was responsive but the issue was not resolved during my time. Overall it was a safe space and clean. My purpose for this stay was for rest, and I personally did not have that recovery with the bed and the street noise. All other issues was minor. I hope you guys take these feedback well and make a few changes. Thank you.

Joe and Anthony were great hosts. They gave great instructions on how to check in and the plus was having a parking spot in the garage! Overall the place was very comfortable and convenient. Excellent hospitality!

I had a great stay here! I work from my laptop and the internet was solid. I really liked the large windows with lots of light during the day. The location is on a major road, but I found it to be peaceful and relaxing in the luxury apartment. Large open space, clean, and had all the amenities. I had everything I needed and felt right at home. Private enclosed parking garage was nice too. Looking forward to staying here again!!

3am fire alarm every night, very noisy neighborhood as the appartment is extremely close to a train station. Hosts don't care about your experience, they only care about level of noise you produce to tenants ( "no loud music, no guests, cameras and noise detectors, no jumping, no running, no refund, security will move you out " etc repeated several times), as you are "ONLY a guest here". They require you to clean after yourself, despite the cleaning fee. During the fire alarm they will message you "Too loud" and "Is baby crying? LOL", funny right? when you're desperately trying to calm your baby. And at the end they will ask for 5 star review.
