Karen’s place was beautiful and so comfortable for us. Her response was impressive. Would definitely stay there again!

For a house of 10 people the pots and pans were really small. The Airbnb app said quiet time was at 11pm and then I got a message from Karen saying it’s at 10pm and to please keep it down.I get a notice from Karen that quiet time started at 10 and please wear slippers if possible and that her noise detector was going off. Not a big deal but didn’t like it because this is a trip with families who don’t live together or see each other daily nor weekly.According to the app there is 3 bathrooms there was only 2. I did not see a laundry room like stated in the app. The app says enough parking but Karen then says only 1 car so I said then on the app it should be made clear. she fixed that for us. And another thing I didn’t like was that upon the arrival I said to fill out a separate online form with basics questions and made a deposit of 250$ that was going to be put on hold in case something goes wrong during stay by a venture property LLC, which I never did with Airbnb
The place was squeaky clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great, the kitchen had all the utensils and even spices which was very convenient. Karen was very responsive to all are questions
