This exclusive 5 bedroom residence is located in a prime position in Branksome Park and provides an incredible setting to host a memorable family holiday! This house is extremely private and is set in an acre of gardens. There is a heated outdoor pool, a summer room as well as an amazing courtyard with outdoor kitchen. The kitchen and lounge each have bi-fold doors that open up onto the courtyard. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, two en-suites and two further bathrooms. Truly Stunning! Wherever you look in The Branksome Estate, you'll be met with an abundance of luxury, quality and style. It offers a wonderfully versatile living space, connecting the indoors with the outdoors via bi-fold doors. This house will most certainly suit discerning guests who wish to spend much of their stay enjoying the alfresco lifestyle. One of the most appealing features of this stunning property is the large private garden and the heated pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and seating, as well as a firepit. At the top of the garden there is a wood, and near the pool there is a summer house, which provides an outdoor haven for relaxation. The garden is entirely enclosed, making it secure for both children and dogs. There is a private courtyard, which creates a wonderful space for alfresco dining. The fantastic outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven, gas and coal BBQs, a fridge and bar area. Ideal for enjoying those long, balmy summer nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for four guests. The kitchen is connected to the courtyard via bi-fold doors and leads through to the dining area with seating for 10 guests. The kitchen also leads through to the drawing room, which has traditional bay windows and modern log burner, and bi-fold doors that also open out to the central courtyard. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs, there are four generously sized bedrooms, including a master suite, as well as a family bathroom and two en-suites.

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering with choice of places to gather and enjoy. The bifold doors allow the downstairs spaces to open out to the huge garden. Unfortunately for us, during our stay, the weather was not the best so we didn't get to experience the facilities to the full but maybe next time!
The house was really amazing and we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and barbecue area.

Whether you’re after breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks or coffee and cake, Jenkins & Sons – a converted 1920s butchers and fishmongers – will be sure to satisfy you. The family-owned buzzing bar and restaurant focus on good, honest, locally sourced food – think fancy burgers, wood-fired pizzas, à la carte dishes with a twist, such as the Colourful Calabrian Ravioli, and hearty Sunday roasts (Penn Central also brings a strong roast game with its Sunday carvery). And don’t leave before you’ve tried their Hot Chocolate Dough Balls, ‘a naughty Jenkins special’.
Get ‘naughty’ up the road with Gossip’s creamy, dreamy tiramisu, too. Also serving a sizable selection of delicious pizza, pasta and cicchetti (the Italian version of tapas), you may have to ask the waitstaff for ‘a few more minutes please’ while you peruse the inviting menu. Mamma mia (*chef’s kiss*)!
From Italian to French fare, nip over the road to Isabel’s Brasserie, the perfect spot for a special occasion or romantic dinner (the candlelit booths ensure that love is in the air). Also in the air is the mouthwatering aroma of delectable dishes being served, such as Soufflé au Fromage, Duck à l’Orange and Baileys Crème Brûlée.
After treating your taste buds, you may want to treat your body (and mind) to a yoga session. South Coast Yoga caters for beginners right through to the most experienced yogi. Offering a varied timetable that includes different types of yoga – ashtanga, hot flow, vinyasa flow, dynamic – you’ll be sure to find something to stretch yourself. If a walk in the woods is more your cup of tea when it comes to exercise, you can stroll through the chine, past the tennis courts (fancy a game?) right down to the beach. You can even reward yourself with a cup of tea (or hot chocolate, or glass of prosecco) at Branksome Beach cafe and restaurant.
