A great location to explore Alicante, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately there are ongoing building works in the apartment next door which greatly impacted our enjoyment of the stay. Work started at 8:30am and did not finish until as late as 11pm on some days. This is a shame as the apartment would have been perfect. I would not recommend to stay here while the building work is in progress, but once complete this is a great choice.

Mijn verblijf in het appartement was helemaal in orde. Een mooi appartement, alles was heel proper, alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien en het bad is een grote meerwaarde. Klein minpuntje was dat de airco niet werkte en het niet kon hersteld worden in de periode dat ik er was. Gelukkig was het niet heel warm en kon ik het appartement goed afkoelen via de ramen. Ik zou zeker terugkomen als ik in de toekomst Alicante nog eens bezoek. Een aanrader.

The description of the flat matches 100%. The location is central, the views are great and all that is needed for a short (or even long) stay at the apartment is provided. The host responds very quickly and all the doubts we had were resolved fast and effectively. The only thing, for me it was a bit noisy at night, probably because of the technical room that was in front of the apartment in the corridor (but during the day it does not disturb).

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Aussicht, Fensterfront und Badewanne sind ein Traum! Wir hatten einen schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Einziges Manko war, dass der Nachbar von morgens an in der Wohnung gewerkelt hat und es dementsprechend laut war. So konnte man leider nicht auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Dafür kann Roila aber natürlich nichts. Da das Gebäude schon älter ist, wird es wohl öfter zu Lärm kommen. Trotzdem lohnt sich diese Unterkunft.
