Great spot, close to Yosemite National Park & Kings Canyon National Park. Big house to host a large group & pets, which is surprisingly difficult in this area.
Place doesn’t match the photos. House outdated the whole house needs to be flipped. It’s not what you think be aware!! 300-400$ a night is ridiculous for how crappy the house is I feel ripped off. I even reached out to him on everything I noticed and said I should get a credit or discount and of course he ignored that. He knows what he is doing scamming people that’s what he is doing and paying people to leave good reviews. Bed sheets were used from the last stay from someone else. They had foot prints on them and dirty. Make sure to bring your own sheets Showers were filthy make sure to bring shower shoes. Bottom shower no hot water No hot water in kitchen sink Furniture was outdated and disgusting and old . Dusty everywhere and I mean everywhere. Floor in kitchen hasn’t been cleaned in months Patio is filthy didn’t even want the dogs out there for fear they will get some sort of disease. 0 light in the walk way or where you park be careful.

House is pretty big . Needs a lot of construction done. Pictures do not match the outside. Very dirty inside and outside house have a lot of repairs that need to be done asap. No hot water in 2 showers no electricity in 2 rooms sink leaking. Very dusty with spider webs dirty under the couches. A lot of things are broke. Or falling apart. No access to garage which is also under construction grass is dying. Patio very dirty. Jacuzzi not working and no access to it as well. Window sprints falling down. Ceiling is cracking. Horrible experience for a big house. House is falling apart. Not safe to be in balcony outside. We all had to use one bathroom to shower horrible experience. Oh and be careful if you book there was a scorpion under the couch. Have pictures and videos of everything.
