Great place to stay! The location is close enough to everything you need while being far enough away for peace and quie! We had a wonderful trip to Fairbanks! Highly recommend :)

We loved our stay here! It was great to be away from the city and surrounded by trees. It was the perfect place to hangout after a day of adventuring. We spent most meals eating in and the kitchen (especially the double oven) really was great It was cozy, had a fantastic living space, and also had an Xbox and plenty of movies to choose from for an evening in. The fire pit was also really nice! We enjoyed being around the fire in the evenings. Huge bonus, our last night there we were able to see the Northern Lights from the property!

The apartment was very nice. Nice carpets, couches, kitchens and bedrooms. The beds were very nice, very comfortable and had great pillows. We slept wonderfully here. It was a well-maintained property with a large TV and a huge property. The deck was smaller than expected, not large enough to spend a lot of time out there, which wasn't a problem as there was so much to do in Fairbanks. This is a house with multiple apartments built in. There was at least one other long-term renter staying there. It was a bit confusing which unit we were renting and we had to try multiple doors before we figured out which unit was ours. The driveway mailbox had a different number on it than the unit, it had 1757 instead of 1750, so be aware of that. The water is well-water, which had a very metallic smell. The owners had filtered water in the fridge, so drinking wasn't an issue. This was noticed primarily when showering.

Great space, but needs to fix a lot of simple “damage”. Could also make easy updates to kitchen and bathroom to make things look nicer/newer. Also would have appreciated knowing the owners lived on the first floor before the booking was complete. It was not listed anywhere on the advertised listing. Also had a very distinct smell when you walked in, it wasn’t bad but wasn’t good.
