Thank you for being accommodating! The Homebase was exactly as listed: it was clean, comfortable, stocked, and ready to use. Pros: restful beds, relaxing couch, reliable ac, well designed interior, peaceful neighborhood, great communication from the host, great appliances, convenient bathroom layouts, and the overall experience. Cons: bug door rod was slightly bent so it was a little harder to close and vacations aren't ever long enough 😅 TLDR: Definitely worth booking due to a wonderful host and a solid place to stay near Moab.

Quiet stay, very modern and new appliances, great kitchen set up for cooking and eating, master bedroom shower was spacious - a treat after spending your day in the dessert. We loved the tranquility. 40 min to indian creek parking lot.

Dan’s ‘Homebase’ was absolutely fabulous. Spotless, safe, comfortable, with all the amenities needed, and perfectly located for day-trips to nearby National Parks, and Bears Ears Monument. We would book again in a heartbeat.
