A very convenient location for a short stay to see friends. Good for nearby shops and lots of places to eat. I arrived in a rainstorm and hosts were standing on the street to be sure to see me. Very kind! I particularly recommend the Kurdistan Restaurant a short distance away. Great food and the warmest possible welcome.

Needed a last minute place to stay in Swansea, the place was more expensive than others. Location is close to many shops and city center (Swansea is relatively small). The studio itself was quite big but lacked essentials such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash, although it wasn't written in the listing, all Airbnbs should have these for guests. Host was not very responsive, only responded to some of my questions.

Very convenient for centre of Swansea. Comfortable. Slight issue with smell of local restaurant (i think) filtering into the flat but it had all necessary facilities for a restful stay.

Nicolas place was perfect, everything you need and great location. Communication was super!

I was working at the Swansea Grand theatre and Nicola’s studio was very convenient for work. It had pretty much everything I needed for the time I was there.
