The flat was like the photographs, in fact, if anything, the bedrooms were slightly bigger than they looked in the pictures. Everywhere was clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The fact that there are TV's in every room was handy, our 18 year old was able to go into his room and watch what he wanted. The Avenue was quiet, despite being such a short walk from the sea front. Takeaways a short distance away. All in all I would recommend this property.

we had a lovely 3 night stay here. The apartment is ideally situated, close to the seafront but further enough away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was easy to access and the host responded promptly when asked for the WiFi code. Towels where beautifully soft and the double bed was comfortable offering a great night sleep. Would highly recommend staying here :-)

5 minute walk to prom down one street or town down another street. my parents are oaps and it was walkable for them

The location was perfect. The seafront and town were only a few mins walk but far enough as you couldn't hear any of the bustle. The apartment was well equipped. However, with a young child, it would be good if a highchair was available, so it's probably better suited for a couple or a small family with older children. Own parking space literally outside the apartment, which is a bonus! Chanel was a responsive host and very helpful. However, if there was a guidebook or some guidelines (ie Wifi, rubbish disposal etc) sent with the reservation or in the property, this could have reduced the calls/messages down.
